Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

• These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the online sale of products by Formaen (“Seller”) through www.quarterlywallplanner.com to the customer (“Buyer”).
• By placing an order online, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Product Information

• Seller makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications of planners are accurate.
• As planners are seasonal products, availability is limited and subject to change without notice.
• Minor variations in color, design, or layout may occur due to printing processes.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of order via the online checkout system.
• Seller reserves the right to adjust prices or promotional offers at any time.

4. Order Processing and Delivery

• Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
• Products will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the Buyer.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
• Seller is not liable for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the planner is unused and in its original packaging.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
• Due to the seasonal nature of the Quarterly Wall Planner, returns may not be accepted after the last day of the first month of that quarter.
• Used wall planners are non-returnable.

6. Warranty

• Planners are warranted against printing defects or damage upon delivery.
• Warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused after receipt.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Seller’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the calendar.
• Seller is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed appointments or scheduling errors.

8. Intellectual Property

• All calendar designs, artwork, and content remain the property of the Seller.
• Buyer may not reproduce, distribute, or use such materials without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.

10. Amendments

• Seller reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.
